I’d just passed my driving test and was looking to buy my first car – a daunting experience when you don’t know much about cars! From my very first phone call with John, I felt completely at ease. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me genuinely helpful advice (like recommending RAC-approved garages for future maintenance). From my very first initial telephone conversation to check if the Mazda was still for sale, I was happily and cheerfully made to feel a potential valued customer by John. I was given a test drive and then on my 2nd visit i was given the cars keys straight away when I arrived and had my first ever drive in a Mazda MX5 and then decided to purchase the vehicle. All the paper work was done and completed quickly with John and I was also introduced to the friendly manager Lee who also made me feel a valued customer and finalised the deal with a genuine smile which me made feel appreciated. I would highly recommend this garage and it's sales service.
